Репорты на читеров в The War Z

Коммьюнити-менеджер Kewk решил прояснить ситуацию, касающуюся читеров The War Z в настоящее время.

Репорты на читеров

У нас есть несколько способов сообщить о читерах. В первую очередь, вы можете отрапортовать о них, находясь в игре. Для того нужно написать в чате "FairFight Player_Ник Причина репорта". Эта функция находится лишь на начальном этапе, и в будущем мы будем улучшать ее, чтобы процесс репортов был гораздо удобнее (особенно, что касается игроков, имеющих чудовищные ники из символов).

Вы можете использовать специальную ветку на форуме (Hacker Discussions)

Вы можете отослать репорт в нашу службу поддержки.

Здесь важно отметить, что при подаче жалобы на форум или в службу поддержки следует вложить как можно больше информации (лучшая форма доказательства – отснятое видео).

Как сообщить о читерах в службу поддержки или на форум. Шаблон

Название темы или тикета:
Cheater Report <Ник игрока>

В самой теме нужно указать:
Имя (имена) персонажа, подозреваемого в нечестной игре (если вы знаете ники сразу нескольких персонажей этого игрока, то сообщите и их).

*** Имя вашего персонажа: (Имя моего персонажа)

Далее опишите подробно случившееся: (Что произошло? Чтоо вы видели? Какой, по-вашему, чит был использован? И т.д.)

Обязательно прикрепите фотографии и/или видео.

Пойманные читеры

Мы забанили около 3,5% от общего количества игроков за месяц. 25% забаненных подали апелляцию в службу поддержки или говорили о своей невиновности в постах на форуме.

Апелляция

Мы неоднократно удостоверялись, что читерские сайты просили своих забаненных пользователей создавать тикеты и темы на форуме, где они должны утверждать свою невиновность. Тем не менее, приток претензий действительно убедил нас в справедливости наших анти-чит методов, т.к. мы проверяли учетные записи по два, а то и по три раза.

Все мы видели тонны игроков, сообщающих о ложных банах, и на сегодняшний день мы обработали около 60% всех претензий. Во время написания этого поста количество ложно забаненных игроков составляет менее чем 0,01%. Все они уже разбранены и продолжают наслаждаться игрой.

Идем вперед

Мы будем вводить новый персонал, который будет в первую очередь сосредоточен на мониторинге игроков. Это также значит, что на серверах WarZ появятся игроки, которые будут «в прямом эфире» контролировать деятельность других игроков, подозреваемых в нечестной игре.

Over the last few weeks A LOT has happened in terms of hacker reports, hackers being caught, and players appealing bans based claims of false bans. I'd like to go over these issues so that we are all on the same page and things are much more clear to you, who play the game every day.

Hacker Reports

We have multiple ways of reporting hackers:

• First and foremost you can report players in-game by typing "FairFight Player_Name Reason for report". This is the first initial phase of our reporting feature and we will be updating this to make it much easier to report players, especially those with weird characters.
• You can use our Hacker Forum.
• Lastly, you can report hackers to our support ticket service. http://support.playwarz.com

It is extremely important to note: When submitting a player as a hacker (on the forums or support ticket) to include as much information as possible. A video of the incident is the best form of evidence.

Template on how to report a hacker in both tickets and Forums

You can report suspected cheaters in 2 places:

Thread Name or Ticket Name:
Cheater Report <Character Name>

Inside the thread or Ticket:

Name(s) of the Character suspected of cheating: (If you know multiple of his character names please list them.)

Information detailing the event: (What happened? What did you see? What cheat was he using? ETC…)

Photo(s) or Video(s) of the event: (Required for reports forums/tickets. Also make sure to point out timings or what to look at when posting an image(s) or video(s).)

Hackers Caught

We've banned ~3.5% of the total monthly player base for using hacks on our servers, and ruining the gaming experience for those that play fair. Out of the players that have been banned ~25% have submitted ban appeal tickets and/or forum posts.

Hacker Appeals

Unfortunate as it is, we have confirmed that the hack sites have been asking their banned users to submit tickets and forum posts, claiming innocent. However, the influx of claims has really helped reassure the validity of our anti-hack methods, as we have been constantly double and triple checking multiple accounts.

We all have seen tons of players claiming false bans and we have investigated (to date) ~60% of the claims. At the time of this posting we have less than .001% of those players that have been falsely banned. These players have all had their accounts unbanned and are enjoying the game once again.

Moving Forward

We will be adding new staff that will focus primarily on ban investigations as well as in-game monitoring of players. This means we will have players undercover, on servers, monitoring the activity of other players and suspected hackers, live.
